Account-Level Certificate Duration

Create a facility to set default duration for certificates in the account-level.

This will allow users to automatically delete their certificates from their account once the certificate duration is met. The default duration will assume “unlimited” duration. But this can be set to x number of days e.g. 365 days for 1 year, 730 days for 2 years, etc.
